How it started.
Hi everyone, my name is Steph. I have always been a lover of earrings and supporting small businesses. In September 2019, I started making my own creations using polymer clay. It has developed into creating my small handmade business - SN Creations in my home studio in Townsville. I love how versatile polymer clay is with a huge range of different colours, textures and techniques. I am also able to use a variety of components that can be added on. All my slabs are made in small batches and no two sets are exactly the same, which is great knowing you are wearing an one of a kind handmade piece. They are perfect for everyday wear from grocery shopping to lunch out with the girls. I also create necklaces, keyrings, hairclips and magnets. I have collaborated with other small businesses throughout Australia to create scrunchie sets and giftpacks.
I try to eliminate waste as much as possible. All orders come with tissue paper, shredded paper (from old assignments) and bubble wrap that has been sent to me to help reduce wastage. All satchels are compostable as well so they can help feed the worms in your compost bin. All my supplies and equipment are sourced from Australian businesses. I use only good quality products and jewellery findings. All products used to create the item will be in the description box located in the shop tab.
SHIPPING - All orders come with tracking numbers to help locate the order throughout the transport process. Shipping is free for general tracked postage and $10 for express shipping. I use Australia Post to send out my orders. Local pick up and/or delivery is available through arrangements for those located in Townsville.
It is important to make sure you carefully enter your address or your address information is up to date. If your tracking says delivered but you don't have your order, your first point of contact needs to be your local post office, or your neighbors to see if it has gone in the wrong letter box (which happens on occasion). If you have tried this and not had any luck, we are happy to support you with an enquiry to Australian Post. But please understand we are not responsible for orders lost in the post - we will do our best to offer a solution and support but we will not always offer refunds for these situations.
PROCESSING TIMES - All orders are packed and sent out within 1-3 business days. I try to get them out as quickly as possible. I will let you know the tracking number once it has been packed.
RETURNS - Due to health and safety regulations, no exchanges on earrings, scrunchies & soaps though happy to provide a refund if damaged within 30 days with photo proof. No return for change of mind items.
If you wish to return other items, returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at the customers expense, all items must be returned including all packaging, once received and deemed in perfect condition we will process a refund for you excluding shipping.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Please keep in a safe and dry area when not in use. Earring holders are ideal to ensure they are kept in a safe area. Keep out of water and away from children as they can be a choking hazard. Use only a damp cloth to clean the polymer clay and resin items. Wipe with a dry cloth once finished. Avoid items being exposed to make up and perfumes.
